A 21-year veteran of the real estate media and technology industry, Andy Woolley was named vice president of industry development in 2015, and is responsible for cultivating and developing MLS, broker, franchise, and
other growth-oriented industry partnerships for Homes.com, a division of Dominion Enterprises.
Homes.com is a top real estate search destination, visited by more than 12 million consumers each month. Homes.com leverages search visibility to connect their in-market audience with real estate professionals in
their local areas of interest.
Woolley focuses closely on building and strengthening Homes.com’s relationships with MLSs, national franchise brands, and other key industry groups around the country. Most recently, Woolley served as Homes.com’s vice president, overseeing sales and customer service. Under his leadership, the company launched Homes Connect, the real estate industry’s first truly integrated marketing platform, serving real estate agents, brokers and MLS partners.
Having joined Homes.com’s eNeighborhoods business in 2003 as Director of Marketing, he was quickly appointed to lead the newly formed MLS Services division in October 2004, following the company’s acquisition of WyldFyre Technologies, the leading provider of software for real estate professionals to access and manage MLS data. In October 2005, Woolley was promoted to Vice President of eNeighborhoods’ Enterprise division, where he served until being promoted in 2009 to Vice President/General Manager overseeing the Homes.com web services business lines.
Prior to joining Homes.com, Woolley was instrumental in the growth and success of the popular Lightning software brand, originally developed by IRIS, LLC of Newport Beach, CA and later acquired by Homeseekers, Inc. After joining IRIS in 1996 as its first employee, Woolley served in several sales and management roles, helping IRIS achieve the ranking of #192 on the Inc. 500 List of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies in 2000. Woolley remained at Homeseekers until 2003, serving as Director of Internet Products, overseeing the company’s IDX and web site product lines.
A graduate of San Diego State University, Woolley currently resides in Coto de Caza, CA with his wife and two children.
